IIT madras for PhD in Biotech

 
i wanna go for PhD in Biotechnology from IIT Madras,, i dont have much idea about that college so i need help from u guys,,
please tell me how is that college for proceeding my studies there,, i have 99 percentile in GATE 2012,, will i be able to get admission there? i have completed my MSc wid 70%.
